Margo Rodriguez Grading Inc is a site development contractor serving Southwest Florida. We specialize in land clearing, grading, underground utilities, and septic system installation.
We are always looking for reliable, experienced individuals to join our team. Our work includes residential and light commercial site development, and we expect crew members to show up ready to work and take pride in what they do.
Positions We Hire For
- Equipment Operators
- Laborers / Grade Crew
- Underground Utility Crew
- Septic Installers (Standard, ATU, LPS)
- CDL Drivers
- Underground Utility Foreman (experienced only) *
* We are seeking experienced foremen capable of running utility crews, reading plans, setting grades, and completing work that passes inspection without rework.
Candidates must have proven experience with storm, sewer, or water systems and be able to operate equipment and manage a crew in the field.
